Day 1

Monday, October 30th

We'll cover what workflows and systems are, why they're important for

the success of your practice. Then we will begin to extract as much information

that we can about what you current systems and processes.

*I will be picking (1) workflow from a student and will be reviewing it

live on day 2 during the challenge to help optimize their workflow

+ give you some pointers on how to better your workflows

(must submit by 5PM EST on 10/30 - details to come on day 1) 

Day 2

Tuesday, October 31st

☝️ We will start day 2 with reviewing a students (1) workflow and give

examples of how to simplify your workflows that you worked on during day 1.

You'll be able to walk away feeling confident in how to build a proper workflow

so you can save time, money and mental energy. 

✌️ We will then dive into what tasks you should be focusing on that will drive

your practice forward and keep you on track. 

Day 3

Wednesday, Novemeber 1st

We will layout all your bigger goals so you can focus on what will SCALE your

practice and give it the attention it needs to drive you forward!

We will also be discussing your current tech stack and we can

make sure you're running smoothly and not holding

onto unnecessary applications. 

Day 4

Thursday, November 2nd

We'll walk through how to organize and store all

your workflows in one centralized hub *hint hint... Asana*  so it's

easily accessible. 

I'll introduce you to Asana, show you how to set it up properly so you

can manage your clients like a BOSS!

*I'll be also show you my Asana set up so you can start implementing

everything you've been learning and start working on your bigger goals.

Friday, November 3rd

You'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how I successfully manage my Asana, how

I utilize it and then you'll walk away with tons of ways to use your Asana to

its fullest, so you can SCALE!
