This bootcamp provides a foundational framework to tackle critical aspects of your bookkeeping or accounting business, including mindset shifts, pricing strategies, systems, quality control, and KPI implementation.

While the bootcamp sets the stage and equips you with essential knowledge, it's designed as a starting point to get you more organized, aligned, and equipped with a plan to execute. You'll gain insights and tools to begin transforming your business, but ongoing implementation and refinement are essential to fully realize these benefits and bridge any existing gaps.

This bootcamp is specifically designed for established firm owners who are hitting roadblocks due to challenges such as lack of team structure, ineffective systems, pricing issues, or difficulty delegating tasks.

If you're just starting out, it may be best to build some foundational skills before jumping into this bootcamp. Don’t worry, we will host another bootcamp in the future if your current stage in business isn’t the right fit for the bootcamp and we’ll support you when you’re ready.

No worries at all. We know life happens. If you can’t attend live, you’ll have access to replays during the bootcamp through a dedicated recap page where we’ll also house all links, resources, and assets shared throughout the week.

That said, we highly recommend joining live whenever possible. The participants who see the biggest breakthroughs and actually implement what they’re learning are the ones who show up live and engage in real time. If you’re watching replays, you’re still fully supported, and you’re welcome to join the Facebook community for connection and discussion, though it’s completely optional.

Replays are available only during the bootcamp. Once the bootcamp ends, access to recordings will expire unless you choose to upgrade for continued access to the replays and resources.

The bootcamp spans 5 days with sessions designed to fit into your schedule and if you can’t make certain sessions live, you can catch the replay for a limited time:

• Structure: Each day features two one-hour sessions:
  • A live teaching session from 12pm to 1pm EST, led by Alyssa Lang covering the day's topic
  • A live Q&A session from 5pm to 6pm EST, where you can ask any questions, even beyond the day's topic, and receive coaching from Alyssa Lang, Brooke Swan, and Erica Paynter (you will be able to join us via Zoom for this session)
• Access: Sessions are recorded and available until a week after the bootcamp ends, allowing flexibility for students who can't attend live
• Resources: We provide to following resources for all bootcamp participants:
  • A workbook for each day of the bootcamp to help implement what you learn
  • Dedicated Facebook community (which opens up two weeks prior to the start of the bootcamp) to get your questions answered by our coaches and others (if you don’t have a Facebook profile, don’t worry because you can still join and benefit from the dedicated recap page that holds all replays and resources)
  • Daily quizzes for those interested in testing their knowledge, with daily cash prizes awarded to one winner per day
  • Surprise bonus resources throughout the bootcamp
  • A dedicated recap page where you can access links, replays, and resources mentioned during the bootcamp available for a limited time
• Bonuses: A welcome party sets the tone the Sunday before the bootcamp at 5pm EST to 6pm EST, though attendance is optional. Additionally, a bonus Q&A session with Alyssa Lang is scheduled for the Saturday following the bootcamp's conclusion from 12pm to 1pm EST

For the best experience, we recommend attending at least one session daily and utilizing the replays and community support (even though you can still attend the bootcamp without a Facebook profile) to catch up and continue learning throughout the bootcamp.
